In this exciting role, the specialist will also be responsible for elevating Harlequin Trade Publishing’s digital footprint by working on solutions for websites, contributing to our advertising and influencer campaigns and will help improve workflows in the digital marketing process overall.

They maintain all print and eBook metadata that feeds out via ONIX. They manage and maintain ISBN assignment for print and eBooks, and oversee the company’s internal digital asset management (DAM) systems to ensure version control and efficient workflow practices. They update and follow team SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure Harlequin’s quality and business standards are adhered to and preserved.

Reporting directly to the Senior Publicity Manager, the Senior Publicist leads publicity efforts for Harlequin Trade Publishing hardcover and trade titles among our Graydon House, Hanover Square Press, Park Row Books, and MIRA imprints for bestselling and award-winning authors such as Pam Jenoff, Dan Abrams, Tarryn Fisher and others.  Responsibilities include title publicity, press materials creation, trend-spotting, media networking and pitching, and booking author tours and special events, virtually and in-person.
