We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual who will work as part of a dynamic team to maximize the Harlequin brand in the digital space. You will ensure visibility of Harlequin’s extensive backlist and play creatively with backlist titles to meet emerging opportunities, so Harlequin remains a top of mind brand for romance readers. In this role, you will continually challenge existing programs, scan the external environment for opportunities and assist in the development of new initiatives and product tests based on competitive analysis, sales/trend analysis, consumer insights and cultural trends.
You have a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational skills, meeting deadlines and have a strong ability to share information with cross-functional teams to achieve shared project goals. You have a passion to understand the digital audience and trends with a creative, entrepreneurial spirit to position the Harlequin brand catalogue strongly in the competitive space to support the overarching brand business goals, drive brand awareness, equity and sales in North America.
